CALL TO ORDER

The meeting will be Called to Order at 6:30pm, by Frances Bagley, Director of Education inthe Boardroom at the Catholic Education Centre, 46 Alliance Blvd., Barrie, ON.

TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

Student Trustee Ubani will read the Territorial Acknowledgement.

OPENING PRAYER / REFLECTION

The Opening Prayer will be led by Student Trustee Grenier.

4.

ROLL CALL

The Roll Call will be conducted to establish quorum for the Initial Board Meeting.

5.

AGENDA APPROVAL 

Consensus of the Board of Trustees is required for the approval of the Agenda.

6.

DECLARATIONS OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST 

Trustees have the opportunity to declare a Conflict of Interest related to items on the approved Agenda.

ELECTIONS

Election of Board Chair

Please refer to Section 2:00 of the Board Procedural Bylaw and the Catholic Trustee Code of Conduct. Print copies will be provided to each Trustee.

Election of Board Vice-Chair

Frances Bagley

Please refer to Section 3:00 of the Board Procedural Bylaw and the Catholic Trustee Code of Conduct. Print copies will be provided to each Trustee.

Transfer of the Gavel

The 2025 Board Chair and Vice-Chair will take their respective places at the Board Table.

Remarks

Frances Bagley

The 2025 Board Chair and Vice-Chair will have the opportunity to address the Board of Trustees.

5.

Ballot Resolution

Frances Bagley

If necessary, Consensus of the Board of Trustees will be required to destroy the ballots resulting from the Election of the Board Chair and Vice-Chair.
